At PimentMotor, we are committed to delivering your products safely and efficiently. Our company is based in France, and all shipments are processed and dispatched from within the country.

Delivery

We currently deliver within mainland France (excluding DOM-TOM regions) and to select countries across Europe.

Shipping Method: Mondial Relay

For your convenience, we partner with Mondial Relay, a trusted specialist in parcel delivery services. Mondial Relay allows you to receive your order at the pick-up point of your choice. It provides a flexible and reliable solution for both domestic and international shipments.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • For France (Mainland): Orders are typically delivered within 3 business days after dispatch.
  • For International Shipments: Delivery usually takes between 3 to 6 business days depending on the destination.

Parcel Condition upon Receipt

When receiving your package, it is essential to inspect its condition before acceptance. If the parcel appears damaged, please refuse it immediately and inform our customer service team so that we can assist you promptly.

Returns

We understand that sometimes returns are necessary. If you wish to return an item, please ensure it is in its original, unused condition, including all packaging, accessories, and documentation. The product should be in a condition that allows for its resale as new, and you must include the purchase invoice with your return.

Conditions for Return:

  • The product must be unused, complete, and in its original packaging.
  • Items that are damaged, soiled, or missing parts will not be accepted for return.
  • The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once we receive the returned product in compliance with the conditions mentioned above, we will process either an exchange (subject to availability) or a refund. This will be completed within 14 days from the date of receipt of the returned items.
